This is particularly problematic as the paper was intended for use by insurance companies requiring clean paper for accurate numerical work. Efforts to convey the severity of the situation through photos and descriptions were met with misunderstanding. The quality of paper falls significantly short of the specifications outlined in our purchase agreement. Furthermore, the packaging was also subpar, both internally and externally. Considering the significant investment made in this purchase, totaling approximately $8000 plus shipping and additional costs, the lack of adherence to specifications is unacceptable. what a silly joke to say come next time
